Milk Magic views consumer feedback as an opportunity to understand the needs and concerns of consumers as quickly as possible and commit to make swift improvements.

Our complaint policy reflects to provide guidance on the manner in which we receive and manage feedback from consumers.

Consumer Feedback - Milk Magic

Understand how your feedback is processed by us -

  • Acknowledgement & Registration :
    We receive your feedback on calls/emails/feedback form which is acknowledged and followed by registration. Consumer shall receive a reference no. for all the further communication.
  • Collection of Sample :
    After an initial review of the complaint the alleged sample shall be retrieved by us with simple instructions ;sample to be retained in an air tight container till our representative collects.
  • Review and Respond :
    After an initial review of the complaint we may contact the consumer for details or request additional information wherever necessary: contact details, photographic evidence of product if possible etc.
    On consumer's request we update them about the complaint proceedings.
  • Investigation and Closure :
    With the information provided by the consumer, we investigate and work towards its closure.
  • Improvement :
    We are open for changes and amendments in our business practices or policies for rectification/remedial action pertaining to any identified issue.
